Welcome!
The Interdisciplinary PeaceTech Network (IPTN) promotes skill sharing and mutual understanding across the very different fields of technology and peacebuilding.
The term ‘PeaceTech’ refers to the multiple ways that technology is being used to advance peace and sustainability around the globe. It also acknowledges the shaping of society by technology, with subsequent effects on social dynamics on and offline.
Peaceable CIC
Our focus on supporting positive technologies continues with our launch of Peaceable, a UK-based social enterprise that shares the work of educators, artists, technologists, peacebuilders and civic actors in building peaceful, resilient societies.
Peaceable provides a haven for the dissemination and development of arts-based tools using or amplified by technology. Its core interest is in promoting the role of emotional intelligence and creative practice in building sustainable peace.
The PeaceTech Exchange

Calling all those interested in how we employ tech for social good, from conflict-free and peaceful societies to positive online communities. Our network explores how to develop and use peacebuilding technology in a safe and considered way.
We meet online on the first Tuesday of every month from 1-2pm UTC.
Please get in touch if you'd like to join us.
